To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days. The product must be undamaged and in the same condition, you received.

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you need to leave the request at info@interage-agency.com. Our team will shortly answer your message and give you all the directions regarding the refund. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded by the original payment method you used. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. The customer fully pays for the return of the product.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
